When the tall, tropical Canarium luzonicum tree sprouts leaves, a yellow-gold resin is naturally expressed. It hardens on exposure to oxygen, when our distiller hand harvests and steam distills it to create this gorgeous essential oil. Use peppery, lemony, sweet elemi oil in blends for skincare, where its warm touch can nurture vulnerable skin and scars. Elemi’s reassuring influence is also helpful for maintaining strong health, or times when it feels challenging to get deep, cleansing breaths. Our elemi essential oil is wildcrafted in the rainforests of the Philippines.
