Fennel Sweet Essential Oil

Anise-like, fresh, sweet, and earthy, fennel essential oil’s complex aroma blends beautifully with a wide variety of scents. It’s commonly used in blends for the belly. Fennel’s bold presence can bring out the body’s strength as it adjusts to seasonal changes, such as the onset of dry, cold weather. Due to its trans-anethole content, fennel is a strong oil and should be used respectfully (well diluted and only for short-term situations).
